Penny,

Unfortunately we won’t be able to meet up since you’re gone this week and I will be going back to Summerville on Saturday. I’m interested in renting your party facility and having you cater an affair there on the 22 nd of July, a Saturday in 2017. This will be my 50th wedding anniversary and I would like to throw a nice party with food, wine and beer. I was concerned about getting the date secured before someone else took it. I anticipate anywhere from twenty five to forty people. Again I’d like to secure the date?
