Each month, normally the 4th or last Wednesday, we hold a special Craft Pairing Dinners at our Brew Haus location. Each dinner is a full 5 course meal prepared by a guest Chef and paired primarily with 5 craft beers. Although the primary pairing is normally with beer, we will occassionally pair with a wine, cider or liquor. We also have a cash bar for those that prefer to pair their meal with their favorite libation.
We have a 5:00pm seating and a 7:30pm seating and we limit each to 30 guests. This helps ensure that each guest receives the highest level of service. We encourage guests that attend the 5:00pm seating to stick around after their dinner and socialize upstairs while the 7:30pm dinner is being served. We also encourage guests that attend the 7:30pm dinner to arrive a little early and socialize upstairs while the 5:00pm dinner is finishing up and our team is resetting the tables.
